Mascarpone tells the story of Antonio, a househusband unexpectedly abandoned by his husband. Having lost both his source of income and primary emotional support in one stroke, Antonio can only move in with a friend and split his time between working at a bakery and attending pasty school. Even as he slowly learns how to be independent, he has no shortage of suitors attracted by his good looks.
One day, a gorgeous photographer suddenly appears in his life, and meanwhile his ex comes knocking again. Faced with a difficult choice to make, will Antonio boldly embrace new love? Or will he retreat into a familiar pair of arms?
Starring in Mascarpone as Antonio is the 30-year-old Italian actor Giancalo Commare. Commare, who enjoys spending time on the water, is frequently to be found on social media showing off his hot bod, including his lush chest hair and his perky ass. Hats off to the casting director for finding someone so perfectly suited to the role of Antonio!
On-screen, Commare is a heartthrob to be reckoned with. But off-screen, he's not just a pretty face—he's also extremely multitalented.
Commare discovered both his interest in and his talent for acting while still in school. In 2008, while still a student, he was already a lead actor and lead dancer on stage; six years later, he entered the world of Italian television. In 2019, his role as Rocco Amato in the drama Il paradiso delle signore—which ran for three years—introduced him to a wider audience.
2021 became a breakout year for Commare, as he took on leading roles both on streaming media and on the silver screen. He won Best Actor at the Fabrique du Cinema Awards for his role in Mascarpone, released in cooperation with Prime Video, while also starring in Still Out of My League. The latter, a sequel to the Flaiano Audience Award-winning Out of My League, was nominated for Best Comedy by the Nastro d'Argento awards, Italy's oldest award for movies.
This year, Commare stars in queer English-language musical Everybody's Talking About Jamie, which has been the recipient of many honors and awards. As he struts across the stage in high heels and vivid makeup, bringing a drag queen to life in perfect detail, his passion and commitment to his art are clear for all to see.
He has it all—the looks of a movie star and the acting skill to back it up. If that sounds appealing to you, don't forget to enjoy the hilarious and hot 'n' heavy Mascarpone, right here on GagaOOLala!
